How to order products from a sales post

On this page you can find more information on how to order products.

Here's how you do it

🛒 Order the item by writing a comment on the post - e.g. "Yes please 3". Remember to enter your order correctly and wait for a order confirmation.

📨 Immediately after ordering, you will receive a message via Messenger with your order number. This number must be shown upon collection. If you do not receive a message, your order has not gone through and you should try again.

✏️ If you want to order more or fewer products, simply write a new comment and write a different number. If you regret an order, simply write "Yes please 0" or delete your message.

Terms of Business

All orders and collections are subject to the terms and conditions of the store through which the order is made. We recommend that you contact the applicable store to gain insight into the applicable business conditions. Post Office Social ApS is only an intermediary and does not guarantee that orders are registered. Post Office Social ApS has no responsibility regarding the transaction between customer and store.

Information about personal data

Post Office Social ApS processes personal data about you on behalf of the data controller, which is the store. To make it easier to deliver your goods to you, your name is stored in our database when you place an order. The information is kept for up to 90 days after the end of the pickup period.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to receive it in a readable format, to restrict the processing of your data, and to have it deleted. To exercise these rights, please contact the data controller – the store where you placed your order.

If you have any objections to the way your data has been processed, you can file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency using the following contact details:
