How to Use the Editor

With the help of Post Office, you can easily edit your image and experiment with adding text, graphics, or a logo to make your post more recognizable. This article explains how to use the features in the editor, so you can soon become an expert at creating exciting images for your posts.
- 1Open the calendar in Post Office.
- 2Edit a post by clicking the pen icon.
- 3By clicking the arrows at the top of the image, you will be presented with a few different layout options for the image, such as a graphic or your logo.
- 4Open all functions in the editor by clicking ‘edit’ at the top left of the image.
Crop and Rotate Image
- 1In the menu at the bottom, click crop image.
- 2Grab one of the eight circles and drag them until the image is cropped as desired.
- 3Reset changes in image cropping by clicking reset at the bottom left.
- 4For a fixed square format, click 1:1 in the top right corner until it turns red.
- 5Adjust the size of the square by dragging the circles.
- 6Click inside the square and move it around to change the cropping.
- 7The image can be rotated by clicking the arrow at the bottom center of the screen.
- 8Click done in the top right corner to save changes and close the editor.
- 9Leave the editor without saving by clicking the arrow in the top left corner.
- 10If you want to continue editing in the editor, simply click one of the other functions in the menu.
Add Graphics
- 1In the menu at the bottom, click graphics.
- 2Click the plus symbol at the bottom center to see possible graphics.
- 3Scroll down and choose a suitable graphic for your image.
- 4Adjust the size of the graphic by dragging the corners.
- 5Rotate the graphic by grabbing the circle sticking up in the middle and rotating.
- 6If you are using a mobile device, you can use two fingers on the graphic to adjust the size and rotate it.
- 7Click on the graphic to move it around to an optimal position in the image.
- 8If you want to delete the graphic, you can click the trash can icon at the bottom left while the graphic is selected.
- 9Click the plus sign in the center to add more graphics.
- 10Click done in the top right corner to save changes and close the editor.
- 11Leave the editor without saving by clicking the arrow in the top left corner.
- 12If you want to continue editing in the editor, simply click one of the other functions in the menu.
Add Text to Your Image
- 1In the menu at the bottom, click text.
- 2Click the plus sign at the bottom center to write a text.
- 3When you have written your text, click done.
- 4Adjust the size of the text by dragging the corners.
- 5Rotate the text by grabbing the circle sticking up in the middle and rotating.
- 6If you are using a mobile device, you can use two fingers on the text field to adjust the size and rotate the text.
- 7Click on the text field to move it around to an optimal position in the image.
- 8In the menu at the bottom, you can change the font by clicking the different A’s.
- 9Change the color by clicking the desired color in the menu.
- 10Edit the text by clicking the symbol at the bottom right. Then click done.
- 11If you want to delete the text field, you can click the trash can icon at the bottom left while the text is selected.
- 12Click done in the top right corner to save changes and close the editor.
- 13Leave the editor without saving by clicking the arrow in the top left corner.
- 14If you want to continue editing in the editor, simply click one of the other functions in the menu.
Add a Filter to Your Image
- 1In the menu at the bottom, click filter.
- 2Scroll to the side to see the selection of filters.
- 3Add a filter to the image by clicking on it.
- 4If you do not want the selected filter, you can click back on 'original'.
- 5Click done in the top right corner to save changes and close the editor.
- 6Leave the editor without saving by clicking the arrow in the top left corner.
- 7If you want to continue editing in the editor, simply click one of the other functions in the menu.
