Reconnect Account

It may happen that the connection between Post Office and your Facebook or Instagram is lost. In this case, you will receive an email telling you to reconnect. If you are already in Post Office, the connection can be reestablished under 'account'. In some cases, it may also be sufficient to simply log in to Post Office, and the connection will be reestablished.

The article explains the simple steps you need to follow when you receive an email about a lost connection.

    Open the email and click 'Go to Post Office'.

    Once you are on your account, click reconnect next to the channel that has lost connection.

    Click 'Log in to Facebook'.

    You will typically be informed that you have previously linked Post Office to Facebook and therefore just need to click continue. Otherwise, use email/phone and password to log in to your personal Facebook profile.

    Make sure the store's Facebook account is checked and click connect.

    Now the connection should be reestablished, so you can post content again.
